We take pride in offering the highest quality products backed with the MCEC Guarantee. Purchases made through most dispensaries and delivery services are FINAL SALE so we are proud to be an exception and offer exchanges/credit based on the following guidelines.

  • The product must be physically  defective in some way. Not strong enough or “I made a mistake” etc., is not an acceptable reason to return a product.
  • The returned product must be in new condition with minimal broken seals.  All packaging and materials will also need to be returned.
  • The product is not cracked or broken by misuse.  All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and evaluated to ensure there was no misuse.
  • We will need to receive the defective product for inspection prior to replacing it with a new one.  We will advise you of your choices upon receipt of the defect.

Exchange/Credit Process

Receive a free exchange with your next order or pay the standard delivery fee and receive your exchange the same day. Please note same day exchanges are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to evaluate the circumstances. There are many variables that may affect this such as staffing, traffic, time of the day, etc. MCEC cannot guarantee delivery times since traffic and order volume can affect the process. Additionally, we will need all original packaging items, parts, etc. in order to process an exchange/credit otherwise this guarantee may be invalid. We only provide exchange or credit- we do not offer refunds.

Vape cartridges generally have the highest level of return rate in the industry. In many cases, these items may not be broken but clogged or being used with the wrong battery, etc. If you are exchanging a defective cartridge, it is likely we’ll contact you to find out the cause of the problem prior to issuing an exchange credit. Flower can only be exchanged if less than .75 of a gram is missing from the package. If it is determined that more than .75 of a gram is missing or any flower products, the guarantee will be invalid. Any items received as a gift from MCEC are not eligible for an exchange or credit of any kind.
