WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?

Sunday – Thursday from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Friday – Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently service most major cities in San Bernardino County, Riverside County, North San Diego County, and some parts of LA County. Our footprint continues to grow, so check back periodically to see if we service your area. Click HERE for complete delivery information.

CAN YOU DELIVER IN PUBLIC PLACES?

We only deliver to private physical locations. Public places such as parks, or any federally owned property are prohibited.

WHAT IS PROOF OF RECEDENCY?

If your delivery address is different than your ID we require you to provide proof of residency. For security reasons, we can not service you without this proof of residency being established. It can be anything such as an Amazon package label, a rental agreement, a piece of mail, a utility bill, etc. Something stating your first and last name with the delivery address on it. This proves that you have ties to this residence you are attempting delivery to and ensures the safety of our delivery drivers.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS?

We gladly offer a 10% discount to all retired military personnel, seniors 59  and older, and the disabled (with a valid disability card).  We also have many flash sales of up to $25% off so sign up and check your emails!

DO YOU HAVE SALES PROMOS?

Yes! Call in to inquire. We also run specials on social media so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.  Many times our promos are up to 25% off so sign up for emails to take adavantage!

IS YOUR MENU UPDATED DAILY?

Our menu is automatically updated in real-time. So if you see it on the menu, it’s in stock! We will never play the bait and switch game.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

We charge a small delivery fee so that you don’t have to meet unrealistic minimums- especially for budget-conscious patients. We have found that most customers are willing to pay a small fee for delivery versus having to spend their entire paycheck to meet a minimum.

HOW MUCH ARE TAXES?

Our menu prices include all cannabis excise taxes. Delivery, state tax, and city tax are not included.

HOW MUCH CAN I ORDER AT A TIME?

As a medical cannabis patient, you can legally order up to 8 OZ of flowers and concentrates per day. Medical cannabis patients can also purchase up to 12 immature plants (clones) per day.

DO YOU ONLY TAKE ORDERS BY PHONE?

Of course not! We understand that people lead busy lives and need options. You can order through our website, mobile app or the call center for same-day delivery.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We accept cash and soon we will accept credit and debit card payments. You will see your options at the checkout.

CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME?

Yes- by you or us. Professional conduct is expected by all parties. Being polite, respectful and honest is inherent in developing mutually beneficial partnerships. If conflict resolution is necessary, we will do our best to help address and resolve the issue. We/You reserve the right to terminate our relationship at any time, for any reason.
