CODE OF CONDUCT
MCEC CODE OF CONDUCT: Medical Cannabis Education Center, also known as MCEC, is committed to providing safe, clean, and legal cannabis products to all members. To promote safety and comfort for all, all members are asked to act appropriately at all times when interacting with our employees. Whether it be over the phone, digitally, or in person. We expect members using MCEC’s delivery service to act maturely, to behave responsibly, and to respect the rights and dignity of others. Our Member Code of Conduct outlines prohibited behavior. The actions listed below are not an all-inclusive list of behaviors considered prohibited:
Harassment or intimidation by words, gestures, body language, or any type of menacing behavior
Physical contact with an MCEC employee in an angry, aggressive or threatening way
Verbally abusive behavior, including angry or vulgar language, swearing, name-calling, or shouting
Sexually explicit conversation or behavior
Theft or behavior that results in the destruction or loss of property
In order to carry out these policies, we ask that members identify themselves when asked. The Operations Manager will investigate all reported incidents. Suspension or termination of MCEC membership privileges may result if a violation of the MCEC Code of Conduct has occurred.
