Cinco De Mayo Cannabis Recipes

Cannabis Recipes! Let's skip the liquor and let's celebrate Cinco De Mayo a little differently this year with some fun cannabis-infused Mexican recipes!

Below are 2 recipes that will elevate your standards.

1: Mango Chili Lime Cannabis Quencher Frozen Margarita

  • 1 cup of Frozen Mango cubes

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 2 small limes (juiced ~1 ounce)

  • 2.5 -3 ounces Mango Cannabis Quenchers (depending on the preferred dosage of drink)

  • 1 dash hot sauce (optional)

  • 1-3 Tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup (depending on sweetness of mango)

CHILI SALT RIM

  • 1 lime wedge for rimming 

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  1. Add all margarita ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness/dosage of Cannabis Quencher as desired.

  2. To chill, blend in a large handful of ice cubes to make a frozen margarita 

  3. Rim serving glasses with a lime wedge and immediately dip in salt/chili powder mixture (or sub just salt or sugar), and fill with 1 large ice cube or several small. Pour over the margarita and garnish with a lime wedge.

2: Cannabis Recipe for Infused Tortillas

  • 4 cups of flour

  • 1 3/4 tsp salt 

  •  1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  •  6 tbsp cannabutter (softened) Xavier used Heavenly Sweet Cannabutter® 1000mg

  •  1 1/3 cup warm water

Step 1:
Add flour, salt and baking powder into a mixing bowl, mix well
Step 2:
Add “Softened” canna butter and water. Mix till you get a dough. If it’s too dry add a little bit of warm water. If it’s two wet add a little bit of flour.
Step 3:
Size matters. One batch should give you 20-25 balls of dough.
Step 4:
After their rolled cover with plastic wrap and sit for 45min to an hour. Then they’re ready to be rolled out into tortillas for tacos or burritos
